Earth Hour at HSUHK
To continue our effort to make our campus greener and our commitment to sustainability, HSUHK has signed up for the “Earth Hour 2021”, a global event co-ordinated by the World Wide Fund for Nature (“WWF”). Around the globe, millions of people, businesses, and landmarks set aside an hour to host events, switch off their lights, and make noise for actions on climate change.
Earth Hour’s lights-out moment symbolises a commitment to change beyond the hour. As an individual there’s much you can do to contribute to reducing our total Ecological Footprint. Find out how you can adopt a more sustainable lifestyle through your food consumption – whether as a chef or diner – by choosing your next One Planet Plate sustainable recipe.
